Unlimited fun in the mountains of Davos Klosters—that was the communicative goal of an online campaign for the tourism region around Davos. Social media served as the main channel for this campaign. A specific goal was to encourage the community to comment and share the individual social media posts of Davos Klosters Tourism. Targeted incentives were set, and the current Davos Klosters ambassadors were included in the posts (e.g. the Hockey Club Davos). The result was reflected in the high level of interactions and positive customer feedback.
